Susan’s investigations have led to major legal and institutional reforms. She exposed Attorney John Archambault for submitting false court information and held Attorney Bart A. Sayet accountable for misconduct. Her work led to the closure of East Side Manor, a Pennsylvania care home, after uncovering ten state-confirmed violations. 

She also revealed the illegal operations of Justice for All, Inc., run by Attorney John Eker III, and brought insurance fraud by Attorney John Kutchka to light. In 2007, she secured a $226,000 ERISA settlement against Assurant Health. 

Leadership & Recognition

Susan Langford’s commitment to community and justice has earned respect well beyond the cases she’s won. She first showed her leadership in 1984 as Vice President of the Norwich Tenants Association, advocating for residents’ rights and fair housing.
