South African DJ Ntombezinhle Jiyane, popularly known as DJ Zinhle, revealed that she and her “husband” Murdah Bongz plan on doing a joint album – on the latest episode of her reality show which aired on BET Africa on 27 August.

DJ ZINHLE AND MURDAH BONGZ PLANNING A JOINT ALBUM

Murdah Bongz and his “wife” sat down for a chat on the latest episode of DJ Zinhle: The Unexpected which aired on BET Africa on 27 August. So, Murdah Bongz asked DJ Zinhle if she told Oskido “about the thing” which of course had the audience confused.

She responded saying that she has not found the strength. So, he asked her if she was afraid and she then revealed the plan to do an album together and she was worried about telling Oskido.

This is because DJ Zinhle is signed to Oskido’s record label – Kalawa Jazmee Records.

“So Bongani and I have a dream to do an album together. He is obviously independent and he has all the power to decide that he wants to do the album with just anyone. I don’t necessarily think I have that power. Not because I can’t but because I respect Oskido,” she said.

Murdah Bongz pleaded with DJ Zinhle not to tell Oskido that the joint album was his idea.

THE DJ AND MURDAH BONGZ ARE ALSO BUILDING A HOME

DJ Zinhle also revealed that she and Murdah Bongz are planning on building a house. The DJ shares 11-month-old Asante Mohosana with the Black Motion star. She also has seven-year-old Kairo Forbes with rapper Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, popularly known as AKA.

“Bongani and I have a goal. We want to build a house and for us to build a house we understand how much work it is going to take,” she said.

“Let’s make sure this house is fully paid for by the time we are done. I don’t want to take any loans. So, your splurging on clothes…” she continued.

Murdah Bongz joked that he can’t wait for their home to be built because he is tired of seeing his neighbours in underwear.

“I also can’t wait for the house, I’m tired of seeing my neighbours underwear,” he said.
