Foreign police to help patrol Paris streets during Olympics
Qatar is one of 40 countries sending law enforcement to Paris at France's request to help police the city during the Olympic Games which is starting in less than two weeks' time. A total of 1,750 police from Spain, the UK and Germany among others will help patrol the streets of Paris alongside some 35,000 French police and gendarmes.
