Honduras’ Castro denounces election tampering, accuses Trump of interference
Honduran President Xiomara Castro on Tuesday alleged tampering in the Nov. 30 election and accused US President Donald Trump of meddling, as counting remained stalled by repeated computer failures. The CNE said Trump-backed conservative Nasry Asfura led with 40.53% ahead of right-wing rival Salvador Nasralla on 39.16%.
