Today, Instagram has announced that it's allowing you to see and control your Reels algorithm for the first time. You just tap the icon showing two lines with hearts located in the upper right corner. There, you can see what topics Instagram thinks you're interested in, and you can choose which of those you want to see more or less of, and your recommendations will adapt accordingly.
