Israeli cabinet ministers set to resign over ceasefire deal with Hamas
Right-wing ministers in Israel's cabinet have threatened to resign over a proposed ceasefire deal in Gaza, which they see as a failure from Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to deliver "absolute victory" over Hamas. "They were promised that Hamas would be eradicated and, by definition, if Israel is in negotiations with Hamas it has not been eradicated," says FRANCE 24's Jerusalem correspondent Noga Tarnopolsky.
