Kaizer Chiefs have promoted and found a couple of extremely talented stars this season. Keep an eye on these THREE men – the future of Amakhosi!

So much attention has been given to Amakhosi’s new signings.

However, these weren’t the only new contracts signed. A couple of youngsters were promoted and signed by the Chiefs senior side too and their is plenty of reason to get excited about these kids!

1) MDUDUZI SHABALALA

Remember the name. Shabalala was the first player to be promoted from the Chiefs Academy side this season. Rightfully so, Shabalala is one of the stars of the future. He has only played three minutes this season and he already has his first goal for Amakhosi. Imagine what he could do as a regular starter?

Amakhosi’s bright young starlet is an incredible talent – he has everything. Clicial finishing, positive play, energy, vision and skill. Watch out for this man! If Chiefs can hold onto him for many years they may not have to look for attacking forwards elsewhere again.

2) KELETSO SIFAMA

HUGO BROOS VS ARTHUR ZWANE, KAIZER CHIEFS COACH FIGHTS BACK!

Anybody who has watched Sifama cant help but get excited every time he touches the ball. This is a man who is lightning quickdown the wide channels and he runs into spaces like a veteran. He has talent in abundance and is also not shy to whip in a cross.

He plays very similiary to Kgaogelo Sekgota and is another player for Amakhosi fans to get excited for. Chances are, the 19 year old won’t get much game time this season but he will benefit learning from the experienced players around him. In a couple of seasons he could be a very big player for Amakhosi.

3) SAMKELO ZWANE

Zwane is not officially registered in Chiefs senior squad for this year’s DStv Premiership. However, it is just a matter of time until Arthur Zwane signs him on. Zuma came off the bench against MaMkhize’s Royal AM in the Macufe Cup.

He was full of energy, passion and creativity, adding much needed spark to Amakhosi’s attack. Zuma was the best performer on the day and will certainly have caught Zwane and Dillon Sheppard’s attention.
