Kyiv accuses Russia of violating Putin's declared three-day truce

Ukraine said Russia was violating the ceasefire ordered by President Vladimir Putin by attacking the northeastern Sumy region. Putin’s unilateral order for a three-day truce in Ukraine took effect Thursday, timed to coincide with Russia’s Victory Day commemorations.
