Macron calls on allies to plan 'credible security guarantees' for Ukraine at Paris talks

Military and NATO leaders from more than 30 countries met in Paris Tuesday where French President Emmanuel Macron urged them to draft a plan “to define credible security guarantees” for Ukraine in a post-ceasefire deal. The president's remarks came as Ukraine agreed to a 30-day truce with Russia during parallel talks mediated by the US in Saudi Arabia.
