Malema slams Ramaphosa’s SONA as recycled promises

EFF leader Julius Malema slammed President Cyril Ramaphosa for what he called a failure to deliver on promises.

He also accused the president of using it as a launchpad for an election campaign.

Malema welcomes army deployment but attacks water promises

While welcoming the deployment of the army to restore law and order, Malema criticised Ramaphosa’s water pledges.

He argued that the billions promised in funding do not translate into real access for ordinary South Africans.

Malema accused the government of relying on “task teams” instead of taking direct responsibility for failed projects.

He added that the president lacks the capacity within the Government of National Unity (GNU) to address the issues he highlighted.
