Since her marriage split, Rachel Kolisi has shared many cryptic social posts about what could have possibly led to her divorce.
She recently liked an Instagram Reel by UK divorce coach Nawal Houghton. The post tackled co-parenting with a “narcissistic ex” and how this affected innocent children within the broken relationship.
Part of the post read: “People assume shared care equals shared relief. But when you are co-parenting with a narcissistic ex, those child-free days are not peaceful.
“They are full of quiet vigilance. You are wondering what is being said, how your child is coping, whether they are being emotionally pulled into adult dynamics”.
