News in a minute | Limpopo woman stabbed by her in-law [video]

A man stabbed his brother’s girlfriend in Westenburg, Limpopo, on Sunday, 24 August 2025. According to a police statement, three brothers were watching soccer together with the eldest brother’s girlfriend.

After some time, the eldest brother left the house, leaving his partner with his two brothers. After leaving the house, it is alleged that one of the brothers suddenly got aggressive towards the girlfriend and stabbed her several times.

Speaking to The South African, Brigadier Hlulani Mashaba confirmed that the other brothers tried to intervene but were scared since the brother is mentally disabled.
