Russia has 'no plans to occupy Kharkiv' in the short term
Despite the deadly strike that killed and wounded dozens of people in Kharkiv Saturday, Russia appears not to have any plans to occupy the city, FRANCE 24’s Gulliver Cragg said, citing President Putin. "If you look at the forces that Russia has amassed in the north, and, to some degree, in the east of Kharkiv region, they’re not really enough to mount an assault on the city,” Cragg added.
