The Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) branch is situated in what the locals have nicknamed “The Friendly City” or “The Windy City”, which is one of the largest cities in the country and one of the major seaports in South Africa.
Staff at this branch are fluent in isiXhosa and Afrikaans and are as friendly as their city.
Public transport such as buses and taxis are 1km away from the branch, and there are convenience stores nearby.
Although the branch does not have parking space for taxpayers, there is paid parking available in Grace Street; John Kani Road; as well as Winston Ntshona & Donkin Streets.
The branch is user-friendly to the elderly and people with disabilities.
