Despite every warning given to her, Pretty has decided to go back to her married boyfriend Lehasa, whose murder trial starts next week.

‘Skeem Saam’ review: Pretty goes back to Lehasa, ditches family

Tonight’s (14 October) episode of SABC 1’s educational soapie Skeem Saam saw Pretty Seakamela go back to her businessman boyfriend Lehasa Maphosa.

Pretty went back to Lehasa’s apartment to get her clothes that she left when she furiously made her way to her uncle’s place. This was after she found out that Lehasa lied to her and was now married to his baby mama, Khwezikazi Gasela.

PRETTY STANDS BY HER MAN

The once pregnant Pretty told her friend Eunice that she loves Lehasa but after realising that he was playing her, she decided to let him go.

Her uncle, Sfiso tried everything to get her to see the type of person Lehasa is but love truly is blind, Pretty refuses to move on.

She promised to make a quick in and out to get her clothes, making her uncle wait outside only for her to fall for Lehasa’s sob story.

In an effort to convince Pretty one more time, Lehasa got rid of Khwezi and told her to go the Doctor for a check-up. The unsuspecting Khwezi found the gesture sweet and left.

Lehasa then bought flowers and created the perfect ambience for Pretty to walk into and at first, she did not budge. She made it clear that she was not going to fall for his tricks and lies again.

LEHASA MAKES HIS PLEA

The business made one last attempt at getting Pretty to see how much she means to him. He told her that he needs her now that the trial into the murder of Fanie is starting next week.

Pretty saw the desperate look in his eyes when he told her that he even sleeps on the coach because he refuses to share a bed with Khwezi.

Well, he is sleeping on the coach and he does not want anything to do with Khwezi and her scheming ways. Ever since Pretty left, Lehasa did not want to eat food prepared by his baby mama, he told her that he is not in love with her but Pretty.

To cut the sob story short, Pretty fell for it and when Khwezi came back from the Doctor, he found the lovebirds cuddled up on the coach with a smirk on their faces.

The fairy tale did not last long though because soon after that Khwezi had her arm around Lehasa. When Pretty walked in and asked what was going on, Lehasa told her that she must stop with her childish behaviour.

Furious, Lehasa calls his uncle, Phomolo and tells him they need to go to a sangoma. It seems Khwezi thinks she has won.
