Emmanuel Macron said in a cabinet meeting on Tuesday that Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu "must not forget that his country was created by a decision of the UN", after Macron said last week that imposing an arms embargo on Israel was the only way to stop the conflict in the Middle East.
