Russia and Ukraine swapped hundreds more prisoners on Saturday, as part of a major exchange that marked a rare moment of cooperation in otherwise failed efforts to reach a ceasefire. The swap came hours a Russian drone and missile attack on Kyiv wounded 15 people and damaged six districts of the Ukrainian capital, according to city officials.
