Nahun Romero, a Honduran footballer who arrived in New York City penniless and undocumented, is living his American dream in the Big Apple where he leads a successful football school. The former semi-professional player was unable to go pro due to his immigration status when he got to the US, so he decided to train the youngsters in his neighbourhood. The 5 Star Soccer Academy had 3 enrollees when it began in 2017, and now has almost 500.
