Artist Sam Cox, better known as Mr Doodle, has gone public with his boldest project yet – covering his own house with doodles.
According to a BBC report, Cox has long dreamed of having his house covered from floor to ceiling in his own drawings.
He has covered everything from his walls to his furniture in his signature black-and-white hand-drawn graphics.

Who is Mr Doodle?
The artist, who is from Kent in the UK, gained popularity under the name Mr Doodle on social media in 2017 and has been on the rise since.
He posts videos of his drawing process to an audience of millions.
Cox turned his strange obsession with drawing on his parent’s furniture into a lucrative business.

Cox is a commercially successful artist who was the world’s fifth most successful artist aged under 40 at auction in 2020, according to BBC.
That year one of his pieces have sold for over R17.8 million.
Now, his house in Tenterden in the United Kingdom is a monument to his passion.
Speaking to BBC reporter, Tim Muffett, Cox says his neighbours don’t mind spectacle.
In fact, they are thrilled to see the inside of the house when he completes his project, he says.

According to the Daily Mail, Cox has spent two years on the project using 900 litres of emulsion, 286 bottles of paint and 2 296 pens.
Cox studied illustration at the University of The West of England in Bristol, he told the publication.
There, he spent as much as 16 hours a day making elaborate doodle creations.
He bought the house in 2019 for R35 million.
