Temperatures are set to soar as another hot day is on the cards for the North West, KwaZulu-Natal, and the Free State.
Friday, 23 January looks set to bring some serious heat to parts of the country. Here’s a quick look at what’s expected in the North West, KwaZulu-Natal, and the Free State.
NORTH WEST
You can expect a partly cloudy and warm day, with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers in the North West.
MAHIKENG
In Mahikeng, it will be partly cloudy, with temperatures ranging from 15°C in the morning to a high of 32°C.
KWAZULU-NATAL
Morning and evening fog patches are likely over the KZN interior. Overall, the day will be partly cloudy and warm. Isolated showers and rain could appear during the day.
DURBAN
In Durban, the weather will be partly cloudy with occasional rain showers. Winds will be fresh to strong before easing to light to moderate by the evening. Temperatures will hover between 22°C and 27°C.
FREE STATE
A warm, partly cloudy day with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers is expected in the eastern parts of the Free State. It will also be a bit windy in the south.
BLOEMFONTEIN
In Bloemfontein, expect partly cloudy skies, with temperatures ranging from 15°C to 33°C.
