Civilians flee DR Congo for Rwanda following new M23 offensive
At least 200,000 people have been displaced following a new offensive by the M23 in eastern DR Congo early December. One thousand found refuge in Rwanda. The neighbouring country is also accused of backing the rebel group. FRANCE 24's correspondent in the region, Juliette Montilly, spoke to some of them.
