On her Instagram account, Alette Winckler laughed off a media report that alleged she was promoting a Christian “cult” diet, called The Exodus Experience.

The publication claims that Heinz Winckler’s wife alleged to have had “demons” expelled from her body as part of a paid 40-day detox programme. She allegedly claimed that this resulted in significant weight loss.

Laughing off the claims, Alette said that the publication was “twisting the truth”.

She said, “I have such joy in my heart. I feel honoured that I get to go through this. Because that means that He [God] has found me worthy of the persecution”.

She continued: “I laugh in the face of the enemy. What he [the devil] meant for evil, He [God] will turn it for my good and His glory….Lekker, lekker”.

Alette also laughed off claims that her husband, Heinz Winckler, was “fascist”, “racist”, and “transphobic”

“We condemn every word formed against us…The more you curse me, the more I am blessed”.

WHAT IS THE EXODUS EXPERIENCE PROGRAMME?

According to Alette Winckler, The Exodus Experience is a” restorative community experience to bring healing and alignment to the body, soul, and spirit.”

The Christian programme seeks to  “address the root causes of weight gain and chronic imbalance by examining all contributing factors to health, physically, emotionally, and spiritually”

This includes a full-body system detox, which may target the lymphatic system, liver, parasites, heavy metals, gut, colon, and more.

The programme added a health disclaimer to it. It reads: “While we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, we aim to equip and empower individuals with biblical truth, natural tools, and education to support the body’s God-designed ability to heal.

“True healing comes from addressing the whole person—spirit, soul, and body. In alignment with Scripture and God’s original design for health”.
