Is Anele Mdoda announcing that she’s officially married?

Anele Mdoda seems to be confirming that she is officially married to her prince charming, Bonelela ‘Buzza’ James, referring to him as her husband.

Is Anele Mdoda announcing that she’s officially married?

Anele Mdoda started teasing her fans yesterday with posts on X from her Alps getaway. The first of the posts was captioned: “Plot twist. She chased winter instead”, with a ring emoji.

It was clearly a prelude to more revelations to come, which did not disappoint as Mdoda and Bonelela ‘Buzza’ James continue to enjoy their romantic getaway.

Mdoda posted herself enjoying the picturesque Alps, but was coy with the details. Today, however, she gave us a little more to explain her earlier posts.

As they headed to lunch through the Alps on cable cars, the 947FM’s Anele and The Club Breakfast Show host kept us abreast of things, telling us that ‘husband’ was taking her to lunch in Italy from their Swiss location.

The loved-up pair did the tourist thing while in the Alps, and Mdoda reiterated that ‘husband’ was doing what he does best: find a church on their travels.

I think this is as good an announcement as any that Anele is now officially married, don’t you?

The couple took a steamy dip in a glass-walled pool in the cover of night.

Anele Mdoda’s engagement to her prince

Anele Mdoda and Bonelela Buzza James – formally known as Prince Bonelela Ngubengcuka ka Mgudlwa – had their Xhosa ceremony – known as Ukwamkelwa kwabakwenyana – to celebrate the two families concluding lobola negotiations earlier this year.

Congratulations to the happy couple.
