Sue Duminy – the ex-wife of retired Proteas player JP Duminy – has shared a look at the aftermath of her high-profile divorce.
The content creator and the cricketer announced their split last February after 14 years of marriage. The former couple share two daughters.
Sue has since moved on.
JP DUMINY’S EX-WIFE REFLECTS ON DIVORCE HEARTBREAK
In an Instagram post, Sue Duminy reflected on her life after her marriage split from JP Duminy.
The post featured a video that started with images of Sue crying in bed and in her car. It progressed to the realities of a divorce – moving into a new home and taking on the challenges of single motherhood.
The clip ended with Sue adopting an active lifestyle, dancing in the mirror, and ultimately finding love again.
Despite only announcing their separation last year, Sue captioned the clip: “3 years in 30 seconds”.
MOVING ON
Just a few months after announcing her split from JP Duminy, Sue went Instagram official with the new man in her life, Cape Town businessman Roberto Franco.
The couple enjoy travelling to music festivals, holidays abroad and working out in the gym together.
Sue shared of her new romance in an Instagram post: “When a man embodies true masculinity, it inspires a woman to step out of her masculine energy and into her natural feminine flow. When a man leads with clarity, consistency and creates emotional safety for his woman, she can finally return to her soft, feminine and playful side.”
JP Duminy has not publicly found love again and continues to post about his career as a cricket commentator and dad to his two girls.
