Itumeleng Khune is open to joining the Bafana Bafana coaching system. Meaning, the Chiefs legend is ready to transition from player to coach.

Kaizer Chiefs legend Itumeleng Khune has made his intentions clear with Amakhosi and Bafana Bafana.
Kaizer Chiefs club legend, Khune is technically still at Amakhosi.
However, he is no longer contracted as a player. Now, amidst uncertainty over his future, Khune has stated that he is open to helping coaching Bafana Bafana.
CHIEFS LEGEND KHUNE OPEN TO COACHING BAFANA BAFANA
Khune responded to a fan who asked him if he will be open to becoming a goalkeeper coach for the national side in the future.
“Hopefully, the doors will open. I will take that opportunity when it comes to be a goalkeeper coach and help transfer my skills to the future goalkeepers of South Africa,” he responded.
Meaning, Khune is ready to transition into a coach if it means helping South Africa.
Moreover, he stated that he would take up an offer if it comes his way. So, Khune has publically availed himself to Hugo Broos and Bafana Bafana.
