LIVE | Vote count at 09:30: The latest numbers in EVERY province
The latest numbers from every province in South Africa as ballot papers continue to be counted around the country.
As votes cast on Wednesday continue to be counted around the country into Friday morning, the ruling African National Congress’ (ANC) support has dropped considerably compared to its 2019 results.

In terms of the overall picture at 09:30 on Friday, 31 May, 12 959 of 23 293 voting districts have completed counting (55.63%) with a total of 7 866 432 votes counted.
The ANC leads the way with 3 256 822 votes (41.95%), followed by the DA (1 837 069 votes for 23.66%) with the MK party in third (846 489 votes at 10.90%).
The EFF has slipped to fourth place with 742 942 votes (9.57%).
As a reminder, in the 2019 elections the ANC finished with 57.5% of the total vote.

KwaZulu-Natal
