Multi-million euro fraud scandal shakes Kenya's social security system
In Kenya, the Ministry of Health has announced that the equivalent of 71 million euros has been stolen, misdirected or fraudulently clamed by hospitals and other healthcare facilites manipulated a new social security system. It had been meant to modernise the old system in a way that meant all Kenyans could access better health insurance but it apparently hasn't worked out that way.
