Award-winning producer and DJ, Prince Kaybee applauds his former high school teacher, Kenny Kunene.

PRINCE KAYBEE: ‘YOU’VE BEEN LIKE A FATHER’

The DJ, Prince Kaybee, real name Kabelo Motsamai took to social media to praise the Patriotic Alliance deputy president Kenny Kunene.

“You’ve been like a father and a protector to me for so many years. Since you were my Grade 10 high school teacher to your political success today. Keep Going and more life to you,” says the DJ.

Motsamai also previously revealed to Zkhipani that Kunene was his English teacher.

And not only was Kenny his teacher, but he also inspired Prince, real name Kabelo Motsamai, to be a DJ.

KENNY KUNENE: TEACHING BACKGROUND

Briefly reports that Kenny Kunene attended Marobe Primary School and Rearabetswe Secondary School. He attended Vista University, now known as the Central University of Technology. Kunene studied a teaching degree, which led to a career as an English and history teacher.

The politician also revealed to TshisaLIVE in 2023 that as a former English teacher he was not impressed with the province’s [Gauteng] 84.4% matric pass rate.

“Education is close to my heart. We will come up with ways of monitoring the performance of teachers and principals. We will ensure schools with security challenges, we permanently employ people to make sure the schools feel safe, and quality of education is provided to children.”

“So that the middle class is not under pressure to take their children to private schools.”
