North Korean leader Kim Jong Un personally test-fired a newly developed sniper rifle during a visit to the country’s special forces, state media said Saturday, whose training he said would boost the "actual war capability for guaranteeing victory".  Such soldiers are among the thousands that South Korea says have been sent to Russia to aid Moscow in its war against Ukraine.
