Putin annexes Ukraine territories, Zelensky asks for stronger support from Western allies

The Russian president Vladimir Putin says he is willing to use Russia's full arsenal of weapons to defend territory annexed from Ukraine. Kyiv, in response is seeking stronger support from its Western allies. President Volodymyr Zelensky is making a fast-track application for Ukraine to become a member of NATO.
