Temperature and UVB forecast

Gauteng:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Extreme.

Mpumalanga:

Temperature: Morning fog and drizzle along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm.

Limpopo:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm to hot in the west where it will be fine.

North-West Province:

Temperature: Fine and warm but hot in the extreme east.

Free State:

Temperature: Fine and cool to warm becoming partly cloudy in the east.

Northern Cape:

Temperature: Cloudy with morning fog along the coast, otherwise fine and cool but cold in the south. It will be warm over the eastern parts.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly reaching strong from late afternoon.

Western Cape:

Temperature: Fine in the west from the morning and over the interior from the afternoon, otherwise cloudy to partly cloudy and cold to cool.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-westerly in the south otherwise fresh to strong south-easterly.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Low.

Eastern Cape:

The Western half –Cloudy with isolated showers and rain in early morning, otherwise partly cloudy and cold, but cool in places along the coast.

The Western half -Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh south westerly.

The Eastern half -Cloudy and cold with isolated showers and rain south of escapement, but scattered along Wild Coast, becoming partly cloudy from the afternoon.

The Eastern half -The wind along the coast will be Fresh south westerly, but strong at times.

Kwazulu-Natal:

Temperature: Cloudy and cool but cold in the west with isolated showers and rain but scattered along the south coast.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be Moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly, becoming south-westerly south of Mandini from evening.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Low.
