Reports: Pirates star makes surprise move to SuperSport
This seems a solid move. Orlando Pirates' forgetten midfielder Siphesihle Ndlovu has moved to joined SuperSport United.
Bad news for Orlando Pirates fans that love Siphesihle Ndlovu. The nippy midfielder has reportedly joined SuperSport United.
SUPERSPORT UNITED SIGN ORLANDO PIRATES STAR
According to the leading transfer outlet Unplayable, the 25-year-old Sea Robbers star has signed a one-year deal with Gavin Hunt’s side.
“DEAL DONE! SuperSport United have signed Siphesihle Ndlovu from Orlando Pirates on a 1-year deal. Not clear yet if it’s a loan or permanent deal,” the report said.
Meanwhile, Matsatansta a Pitori are expected to announce the deal in the coming hours or days.
STRUGGLE AT BUCS
So why is the Pietermaritzburg-born player leaving Bucs at this time of the season anyway? Well, game time has been scarce.
The former Maritzburg United man, who began as a central defender before Roger de Sa felt he was a midfielder, was seemingly waiting to see if the new Bucs coach Jose Riveiro will fancy him more than the previous coaches.
Ndlovu was yet to make an appearance under Riveiro, while the midfielder only played 14 times last season under Mandla Ncikazi and Fadlu Davids.
It really seems like it is time to move on indeed.
