In recent months the republican governors of Texas and Arizona have sent thousands of migrants on buses to Washington D.C., Chicago and New York.  On Wednesday two planes carrying undocumented people arrived on the wealthy Massachusetts island of Martha's Vineyard, this time sent over from Florida. Republicans say they are protesting the Biden administration's border policies.
