REVEALED: Orlando Pirates star ‘Ben 10’ has a squad number

Orlando Pirates have a new exciting senior star to follow. Simphiwe Selepe, aka Ben 10, is now part of the furniture.

Selepe dons the number 47 for Orlando Pirates

Wearing the number 47 jersey, Simphiwe Selepe has made his full Betway premiership debut for the Buccaneers. His debut for the club came not long ago, as a substitute against Kaizer Chiefs earlier this month. DDC youngster Cemran Dansin, still just 17, was also named in the matchday squad, which beat Golden Arrows 3-0. The goals came courtesy of Tshegofatso Mabasa, Bandsile Shandu and Kabelo Dlamini.

Nkota to Belgium?

Mohau Nkota is a reported target for the Belgian side Standard Liege, which has been an admirer of the 20-year-old since he starred for the DDC side. The talented inverted winger has become one of the first names on the team sheet under Jose Riveiro. He’s got 34 appearances to his name across all competitions this term, with six goals and four assists.
