SuperSport United coach Gavin Hunt has confirmed the arrival of an Orlando Pirates outcast whose move to Tshwane was confirmed this week.

Siphesihle Ndlovu quietly left Pirates for SuperSport United where he signed a one-year deal in an attempt to revive his fading career.

Now, the one-year deal left many confused as to whether Ndlovu joined Matsatsantsa on loan or on a permanent deal.

Hunt has come forward to address the confusion, saying Ndlovu belongs to them as SuperSport United signed him on permanent deal.

NDLOVU TO SUPERSPORT UNITED DEAL PERMANENT

“We signed Ndlovu permanently. He is our player now,” said Hunt to Daily Sun.

Hunt further revealed the reason behind acquiring the services of Ndlovu from Pirates, saying he brings with him a lot of energy which will benefit SuperSport United.

The 57-year-old mentor is also banking on Ndlovu’s experience, and he feels the younger players within the squad will benefit from it.

“He brings a lot of energy into the team and his experience speaks volumes. His experience will help a lot of youngsters we have in the team,” added Hunt.
