WHAT IS THE ‘DRAKE CURSE’?
According to The Mirror, the “Drake Curse” has become a meme in the last few years because of the immediate downfall of athletes and sports teams after having some interaction with the Find Your Love hitmaker.
The “interaction” sometimes involves the rapper posing for a photo with an athlete or donning the shirt of a sports team before their upcoming game and th- e person or team losing soon after.
This first started when Paul Pogba posed for a photo with the rapper in 2019.
Four days later, Manchester United were knocked out of the FA Cup by Wolves.
