Weirdest celebrity baby names

Ed Sheeran and his wife, Cherry Seaborn, named their daughter Lyra Antarctica.

Frank Zappa’s three kids are Moon Unit, Dweezil, and Diva Thin Muffin. Zappa made a song back in 1974 called “Don’t Eat The Yellow Snow” which alludes to wolves urinating in it, so maybe none of this is all that surprising.

What about Elon Musk and Grimes? They’ve welcomed two wonderfully named children into the world. Daughter Exa Dark Sideræl is known as “Y” and son X Æ A-Xii goes by “X”. It’ll be interesting how kids a school respond to that in future.

Jason Lee explains his kid’s cool name

Actor Jason Lee and Beth Riesgraf welcomed Pilot Inspektor into the world back in 2003, and the boy was apparently named after a song on the indie rock band Grandaddy’s 2000 album The Sophtware Slump.

“The opening track, ‘He’s Simple, He’s Dumb, He’s the Pilot,’ absolutely blew my mind when I first heard it. It was from this track that my wife, Beth, came up with the name Pilot for our son.”
