Top UN court ruling unlikely to have ‘any effect on the war itself’

The International Court of Justice's order on Friday demanding that Israel halt its Rafah offensive in Gaza is unlikely to have "any effect on the war itself", FRANCE 24's Oliver Farry said, adding that “nobody, whether they be allies or enemies of Israel, is going to intervene militarily to enforce this”.  The top UN court’s ruling does however provide more ammunition to the ongoing case against Israel for genocide in Gaza, Farry said.
