Ukraine may have to 'temporarily' give up land to Russia 'for peace', says Kyiv mayor

Vitali Klitschko, the Mayor of Kyiv, told the BBC on Friday that Ukraine may need to temporarily "give up territory" as part of a peace deal with Russia. "Maybe it can be a (temporary) solution," he said in an interview. But he ruled out Russian occupation, saying it was something people in Ukraine "would never accept".
