US launches military strikes on Venezuela after Trump's threats against Maduro
Venezuela has accused the United States of launching attacks after a series of explosions struck Caracas and other regions, prompting President Nicolás Maduro to say his government had repelled what he called U.S. military aggression and to declare a state of emergency. Washington Bureau Chief at The Guardian, David Smith, tells us more.
