How Forbes compiles the list

Forbes, in collaboration with the market research company Statista, created this list by surveying over 300 000 employees from more than 50 countries. These employees work for multinational corporations that have at least 1 000 workers and operate in at least two of the six global regions: Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, North America, and Oceania.

Participants were asked if they would recommend their company to others. They also evaluated it based on factors like salary, opportunities for talent development, and options for remote work.

Additionally, respondents could rate companies they were familiar with through their own experiences or through friends and family who were employed there.

How does the list compare to last year?

Some interesting changes have occurred when comparing this year’s top 10 to last year’s top 10. Last year, Samsung Electronics held the top spot followed by Microsoft. Apple ranked fourth last year while it has fallen off the top 10 list this year. Ferrari is another company that featured on last year’s top 10 but not on this year’s top 10.
