Australia have named two 13-man ODI squads for their December 5–23 series against India and New Zealand. In early December, Australia will host India for a three-ODI series, followed by another in New Zealand later in the month.
Australia captain Alyssa Healy will miss the India series due to a knee injury but will play in the New Zealand series. Her replacement, Tahlia McGrath, will captain.
Georgia Voll, 21, is the first Queensland batter to be called up for the India series. Voll ranks in the top three run-scorers in the Women’s Big Bash League and Women’s National Cricket League and has four half-centuries.
“We’ve chosen an experienced squad for these two upcoming tours with next year’s Ashes series and ICC Women’s World Cup very much the focus,” said Shawn Flegler, Cricket Australia’s Head of Performance (Women’s Cricket) and National Selector.
Australia leads the ICC Women’s Championship with 28 points and will play all six ODIs. India is No.3, New Zealand No.6, and neither has qualified for the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 in India.

Australia also updated injured Sophie Molineux, Darcie Brown, and Tayla Vlaeminck. Molineux and Brown were injured during the WBBL, while Vlaeminck has had a shoulder ailment since the Dubai ICC Women’s T20 World Cup.
Sophie has returned to play after knee pain, which will be monitored throughout the summer, said Kate Beerworth, Australian Women’s Team Physiotherapist. “Darcie is back in training after a hip muscle strain and on track for both series.”
Both players will be eligible for national service while Vlaeminck recovers.
Tayla had right shoulder stabilization surgery last week and will miss the 2024/25 season.
