EU ministers in Kyiv to look at justice for crimes committed in Bucha
EU diplomats are travelling to Ukraine to mark the fourth anniversary of the massacre in the city of Bucha. It occurred only weeks into the war: after Russia evacuate the town, returnees found hundreds of bodies of men, women, children and elderly people who had been mass executed.
