Good morning crumpets suggestions
The batter should be relatively thin and you can make it the night before and let it rest in the fridge. You can always add a tiny bit of milk to help thin out the batter. Not only does this help to thin them out, but easy to use. Traditional toppings include butter and whipped cream. However, you can add your favourite strawberry or apricot jam to each. With a bit of cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce, you have a different kind of incredible goodness.
