Has Bonang joined Khanyi Mbau in ‘Young, Famous and African?’
Sources reveal media personality Bonang Matheba has joined Khanyi Mbau and Nadia Nakai in Netflix's 'Young, Famous and African'.
Reality TV star Bonang Matheba is rumoured to have joined The Wife actress Khanyi Mbau, musician Nadia Nakai and more stars in the Netflix show Young, Famous and African.

HAS BONANG JOINED THE NETFLIX SHOW?
Sources close to the Netflix show Young, Famous and African revealed to City Press that the popular media personality Bonang started filming season two with African stars such as Khanyi Mbau and Nadia Nakai.
“She joined the show as its new face. It is not yet clear who she is replacing, but she will come in because fans have been hinting at wanting her to join the show,” one source said.
The hit show Young, Famous, and African is the first African reality television show to be showcased by Netflix.
Other cast members include Tanzanian superstar Diamond Platnumz; Nigeria’s Annie Macaulay-Idibia and her famous husband Innocent “2Baba” Idibia, as well as billionaire businessperson Zari Hassan.
Another source told City Press that Matheba had begun filming while on her trip to the US recently.
“She has started filming already. In her first scenes, she will be seen on her trip to the US, when she was in the Hamptons in August and did not reveal what she was doing there. It will be revealed as part of her debut.”

SEASON TWO OF ‘YOUNG, FAMOUS AND AFRICAN’
Another source, who is a cast member of Young, Famous and African, confirmed that Matheba was filming.
“Of course, we are back filming for season two.”
The cast member added that every original cast member from season one is also coming back for the next season.
“But I am not allowed to speak about other cast members at this point,” the star said.
The reality TV star and businesswoman Bonang Matheba had not yet confirmed she joined the show at the time of publishing this article.
Netflix representative Bongani Gxekwa had not yet responded at the time of publishing this article.
