“Pitso does his talking on the field. He identifies and signs his own players.” former Kaizer Chiefs star Junior Khanye told SundayWorld.
“He does his scouting and is in charge of development and also brings his entire technical team.

“He is the right man for the Chiefs job, he is around and he is available. We have seen what he has done at Mamelodi Sundowns.
“He brought his own philosophy and he brought players from South America and also from Africa. Players that were of a higher standard.
“Pitso Mosimane is the right man for the big task of reviving Kaizer Chiefs and Arthur Zwane still has a lot to learn.
“Arthur needs to go back and work for some time in the development structures. He is one for the future, but definitely not now.”

In other news, Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane has opened up about the ongoing calls for his sacking by Amakhosi fans.
Zwane’s start to life in the hot-seat has not gone to plan but the Chiefs legend remains optimistic.
The Glamour Boys sit in 14th position on the DStv Premiership log standings and fans are running out of patience.

“It is part of the game, these things do happen to the best coaches in the world,” the Kaizer Chiefs coach said as quoted by TimesLive.
“And if you remember when I was appointed, I said the same thing, that there would be tough times when the results are not coming and obviously people wouldn’t be happy.
“But that doesn’t mean that we should give up. We will keep on doing the right thing and we know that we are on the right track.
“Yes, it’s quite difficult because the results are fluctuating. But the good thing about it is that we know what we want to achieve.
“We know where we want to see ourselves and it’s a work in progress.”
