The second man accused of pulling the trigger in the murder of Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock has abandoned his bail application at the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court.

Twenty-five-year-old Mozambican national Armindo Joaquim Pacula briefly appeared in court on Monday, where his case was postponed to Wednesday, 11 February 2026.

He is expected to appear alongside his co-accused, Victor Majola.

Remains in custody

According to the SABC, Pacula faces multiple charges, including conspiracy to commit murder, murder, and contravention of the Immigration Act.

Magistrate Simon Radasi formally adjourned the matter and ordered that Pacula remain in custody.

“Mr Pacula, your case has been adjourned to Wednesday, 11 February 2026, where you will appear with your co-accused here at the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court and will be detained at Mordabe Prison,” the magistrate said.
