Over the weekend, the Springboks thumbed Scotland 32-15 at the Murrayfield Stadium. No doubt Rassie Erasmus’ lads pulled a show as they dominated the game away from home.

However, after the final whistle, Springboks stars took to the pitch on Sunday to celebrate their impressive win in Edinburgh.

SPRINGBOKS CAPTAIN SIYA KOLISI’S PHOTOS IN SA-THEMED SPEEDO TREND

Springboks captain Siya Kolisi’s wild celebrations set social media abuzz. He stole the spotlight with his SA-themed speedo, which read “fifties.”

However, thanks to his huge social media following, Siya Kolisi is often trending whenever he posts or gets posted.

Siya Kolisi’s photos and videos have gained thousands of comments and reactions since it dropped.

Fans, fellow athletes and tabloids reacted quickly to the now-viral photos. ESPN Africa posted, “Siya Kolisi is a menace.”

However, fans back home were quick to implicate his divorce with Rachel Kolisi in the mix.

Some celebrated Kolisi’s carefree expression, attributing it to newfound freedom after his separation from Rachel Kolisi in October.

After all, this is not the first time he has been spotted wearing SA-themed speedos. In 2019, he hogged headlines when he shared a series of photos in Speedos.

Over the years, wearing SA-themed speedos has become a norm that hasn’t spared several Springbok players despite Faf de Klerk making all the headlines.

The South African dives, some celebrated Springboks players were spotted wearing speedos.

OTHER BOKS PLAYERS IN THEIR CHEEKY UNDIES

In 2019, Rugby World Cup-winning Springboks stripped down in response to a challenge by scrumhalf Faf de Klerk for South African men to get screened for testicular cancer.

Captain Siya Kolisi, wingers Cheslin Kolbe and Makazole Mapimpi were among the players who slipped into their speedos and posted pictures on social media.

After being screened in response to the now-viral #FafChallenge, they shared the photos in speedos.

Springboks fan-favourites Cheslin Kolbe, and Bongi Mbonambi trended after their photos in their speedos after winning the Rugby World Cup.

FAF DE KLERK’S NEW SWIM LINE

Faf de Klerk undoubtedly popularised the wearing and posting of photos in Speedos online when it comes to the Springboks.

Years later, he furnished his craze for speedos with his SA-themed with his swimwear line.

The Springboks star launched a swimwear line called Faffies. It’s impossible to think of Faf de Klerk without thinking of his famous trunks.

However, his speedos first made headlines after the Springboks won the Rugby World Cup 2019. Faf de Klerk celebrated in the now-famous SA-themed speedos.
